Welcome to Blockage Blasters. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services. By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.   • Service: The drain unblocking, maintenance, and inspection services provided by Blockage Blasters.
  • Client: Any individual or entity using the services provided by the Company.

2. Services

Blockage Blasters offers the following services:

  • Drain Hydro Jetting
  • CCTV Drain Inspections
  • In-Drain Root Cutting
  • Stormwater Systems Management

3. Pricing

  • Our drain unblocking service starts at $55+GST, which includes the first attempt at drain unblocking using the Rod Technique on an outside gully trap.
  • This price applies to main outside sewer drains only and requires that gully traps are easily accessible.
  • Should more advanced methods such as hydro blasting be necessary, additional costs will be communicated and agreed upon before any work is conducted.
  • This offer excludes weekends and public holidays.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept various forms of payment, which will be communicated to the Client at the time of service booking.

5. 24/7 Emergency Call-Out Service

  • We offer a 24/7 emergency call-out service. However, emergency service rates may apply, and these rates will be communicated prior to the service being provided.

6. Customer Satisfaction

  • We are committed to providing high-quality services and are trusted by 99% of our customers based on authenticated reviews.
  • Our technicians are certified, undergo annual skill and safety training, and are audited and registered with the NZ Plumbers and Drainlayers Board.

7. Liability

  • Blockage Blasters will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
    • Your use of our services.
    • Any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
    • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • Blockage Blasters reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time. By using this website and our services, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms and conditions.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
